Vintage Print, Bird's eye view  -  location and date unknown

I have been very busy with work lately and unable to find time to get out and shoot anything of my own, so,  I figured now would be a good time to share this vintage photo.   It and other photos, cards, and family trinkets (even a birth certificate from 1918!!) were inside an old cigar box that I purchased at a flea market in 1994. These items belonged to a family that lived in the Palisades Park, NJ area and from the photos I assume were involved in engineering and building.  I can't figure out what bridge it might be, maybe one that spans the Passaic River near Kearny and Newark, NJ or maybe the East River in NY...                      could it be the George Washington Bridge??

Let me know if anyone has any input!  Otherwise, enjoy this view from the past and try not to get queasy : )
